Chicken Jona fillet in combination with black sesame, avocado and roasted pistachios

Ingredients:

300 grams of chicken fillet Jona, 1 ripe avocado, few lettuce leaves, few leaves of fresh rocket, little fresh baby spinach, 100 grams pistachios (unsalted), 2 tea spoons black sesame, 50 ml. olive oil, salt and pepper if desired.

Preparation:

Cut Jona chicken fillet into long pieces. Put it in heated olive oil and fry for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add spices and black sesame. Stir well. In a deep bowl, place the lettuce leaves, fresh rocket, baby spinach and add fried chicken. Chop the avocado and add it with the chicken. Fry the pistachios on the side in a pan and then add them with the chicken and avocado.
