Rolled Chicken


  • Chicken white meat cut into steaks
  • 200 gr. ham cut into pieces
  • 200 gr. yellow cheese
  • Dried fruits (apricots, cranberries, raisins)
  • 200g. bacon cut into pieces
  • Salt and Pepper


Pound the chicken white meat into a steak, stuff it as desired (ham, cheese and dried fruit), roll and fold in the bacon. Bake at 200 degrees in the oven with a foil for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
